On the evening of October 31, Joe was rushed to the local hospital with an uncontrollably high heart rate. It was there he'd receive news that would rock his world. After hours of working to stabilize him, testing, and full examination the doctors explained the poor condition of his heart and the extent of the damage. There was evidence of past heart attacks that went unnoticed and significant blockage in the vessels, requiring an immediate quadruple bypass. Without insurance it was difficult to find a hospital to accept him and perform the surgery. Thankfully, he was able to be transported and underwent the procedure to face excellent results and is recovering well. 

However, they are now staring down a recovery time of 6-12 weeks. Joe was the main provider for his wife and daughter so this period of recovery is taking quite the financial toll. We are coming together as Joe's family and asking for help to support his beautiful family so all they need to worry about is Joe's safe and full recovery.
