In the early hours of June 7th, my Uncle Pete Peterson suffered from a severe stroke resulting from a clot in his left middle cerebral artery. The stroke has affected the right side of his body and has impaired his speech. As his wife, Marine, was getting ready to finish the last month of the school year, she now finds herself driving back and forth from the Hatherleigh farm to Saskatoon instead to be with Pete while he at the Royal University Hospital.
