Help Craig & Erin Peters Rebuild After Devastating House Fire
On Friday, February 20th, 2026, Craig and Erin Peters’ lives changed forever. A devastating house fire destroyed their home, leaving them and their children, Rowan and Hazel, with nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
While we are beyond grateful that Craig, Erin, Rowan, and Hazel made it out safely, their hearts are broken. Tragically, their beloved cats did not survive the fire. In the midst of losing their home and all of their belongings, they are also grieving the loss of cherished members of their family.
In just a matter of hours, everything they worked so hard to build was gone — clothing, furniture, school supplies, treasured keepsakes, and the place where Rowan and Hazel felt safe and at home.
Right now, they are facing the overwhelming task of starting over completely.
We are raising funds to help support Craig and Erin as they navigate this unimaginable loss. Donations will go toward:
Temporary housing and immediate living expenses
Clothing and basic necessities for the family
Replacing essential household items
School supplies and items for Hazel
Expenses not fully covered by insurance
Craig and Erin are loving, devoted parents who would do anything for their children and for others in their community. Now they need our help.
Any contribution — no matter the size — will make a meaningful difference as they begin the long road to rebuilding their lives. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping the Peters family in your thoughts and prayers.
We would like to thank the Eatontown and surrounding area fire departments for all of their hard work.
Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and support during this heartbreaking time.
With gratitude,
