Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who never ask for help—because they’ve always been the ones giving it. That’s exactly who Terry Don and Amber are. If you know them, you know how deeply they love others, how quick they are to lend a hand, and how quietly they carry their own burdens.

Recently, Terry Don was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a cruel and unpredictable disease that has brought serious complications and life-altering changes. As the illness has progressed, it has taken away not only his ability to work, but also his ability to tend to the land and animals he’s cared for so lovingly.

Amber has been by his side every step of the way, doing everything she can to keep things going—but they are facing a mountain of challenges that no one should have to face alone. And while they would never ask for help themselves, we can step in now and show them the same kindness they’ve shown so many of us over the years.
