Hello community!

Two weeks ago, our brother Tony fell down terribly and tore ligaments in his right leg. As a result, it has become horribly swollen and bruised. The doctors do not want him to put any weight on his leg for the time being, which as a result, will prohibit him from being able to walk, as well as work.

This past week he was transferred from the hospital to a nursing home where he is resting and healing. The doctors plan to discharge him in a wheelchair, and he will undergo physical therapy in hopes to regain mobility. He currently has difficulty sitting up, and is unable to stand without assistance. His wife, Val, and their two daughters together are unable to lift him up.

As the main provider for his family, the Parham's are in a very challenging situation and is worried about their monthly expenses and medical bills. Even though he will be able to return home, the timeline of his recovery remains uncertain.
