Support for the Nowicki Family

My name is Lori and I am a friend of the Nowicki family, when I heard their youngest son Brock was diagnosed with cancer I wanted to help in any way I could and I am sure many of you felt the same way. Organizing this fundraiser gives us all an opportunity to help them during this difficult time. Brock's story.... On April 27th the Nowicki family learned their 3yr old Brock was diagnosed with a brain tumor and immediately had brain surgery to remove the tumor the very next day. The pathology revealed Brock’s tumor was malignant and that he had a rare form of cancer, called CIC-DUX4 fusion sarcoma. The great news is the tumor was removed and Brocks PET and CT scans were both clear. Indicating the cancer is localized and is no where else in his body. The downside to this is that Brock will need to undergo 14 rounds of chemo and 4-6 weeks of proton radiation over the next 7-8 months to ensure this cancer does not come back. Brock began recieving treatments this month and is already proving that he is going to kick cancers ass and fight this with superhero strength because he is a Brockstar!! ‍ Your contributions will go towards medical expenses, gas, food and other expenses the Nowicki's may encounter during this difficult time.
