Hello, my name is Carolyn Potts, and I am asking the community to help ease the burden on behalf of the children of Courtney Mowod. Courtney was born and raised in South Fayette, and her children always come first. Courtney could always be seen cheering on her kids in their various sports, working the concession stand for the booster groups and attending community fundraisers. There are currently two children at home; one in college and one in high school.

As many of you know, her husband attacked Courtney on November 16, 2022. Her husband has been arrested and charged in her attack, but Courtney is unable to work while she is recovering from her injuries and income to the family has been dramatically diminished as a result of this horrific crime. Every penny raised will be put towards keeping a roof over their heads, heat in their home and food on their table.
