Support for the Marlitz Family

Friends of The Marlitz Family,

Mikah Marlitz (9) was diagnosed with a rare type of brain cancer called germinoma just one week ago. Her symptoms started suddenly, leading to progressive blindness in her left eye. At this point, they do not know if she will regain her vision or if she will be permanently blind. She has been in and out of the hospital for almost a month already with extensive testing and a craniotomy. She has 6 months of chemotherapy ahead of her.

I know without asking that many of you have leaned on Sharell in times of stress - the late night fevers, emergency prescriptions, parenting guidance, emotional and spiritual support. Sharell has never met a problem she couldnt solve (this one included) and never turned away a friend in need.

It is now our turn to support our generous, kind, hardworking, and selfless friend Sharell and her family.

The Marlitz Family has many months of unknowns ahead of them. Please join me in giving what you can to support our dear friend and her family through this time.
