My name is Danika, and I am raising funds for my brother, Alex, and his family after they tragically lost their home in a devastating fire in the early hours of January 17, 2026. Alex, his wife Brittany, and their three children, Kaylynn, Liam, and Toryn, were able to escape the fire safely, and we are incredibly grateful that their lives were spared.

Sadly, the fire took everything they owned, including three of their beloved pets. Their two cats, Jitters and Jelly, and their young dog, Lenni, were lost in the fire. Two of their dogs, Poppy and Indie, survived. The family lost their home in Lakeville, Minnesota, along with all of their belongings, memories, and sense of normalcy.

This fundraiser is to help Alex and Brittany begin the long process of rebuilding, covering immediate needs such as clothing, food, temporary housing, and essentials for their children, as well as future housing and recovery costs.
