Support for the Major's

Hello, my name is Ashley Gerdo and I have been friends with Kayla Major (Spring) since 2010. I have set up this GoFundMe to offer additional support for Kayla, Tyler, Cruz & Lucian.

On 2/5/2023 Tyler fell ill. He was sedated and intubated in the ICU with numerous bacterial and viral infections, in addition to a brain clot. Thankfully, over the past few days, Tyler has shown major improvements including; eating, walking with a walker, and possibly being released to go home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

However, they still have a very long road of recovery ahead of them. Kayla will need to administer 2-3 weeks of antibiotics as he is still fighting numerous infections. He will also have a pic line to give infusions. He will also need 3 months of blood thinners as he still currently has a blood clot in his brain. They also need to build a ramp for Tyler to be able to enter the home and numerous pieces of medical equipment.

The purpose of this gofundme is to help them offset the costs of taking time off work to focus on Tyler's recovery, as well as purchasing material to build the ramp.
