Support for the Kuiack family

Donation protected
This GoFundMe has been established to help support Carey Kuiack and her four children, Brady (11), Cameron (9), Regan (6), and Grace (2), due to the recent and sudden passing of her husband, Christopher "Yak" Kuiack. Chris suffered a massive heart attack the evening of April 20, 2021, at 42 years old. This time is devastating and Carey and the kids need time to grieve and mourn free of the stress of any financial burdens.

Chris was an amazing husband, exceptional father, and loyal friend.  Chris was an extremely kindhearted and hard-working man but was also the life of the party.

Chris did everything he could to support Carey and her career at the nursing home where she had to work days, afternoons, and weekends. He was frequently seen at the hockey arena, soccer pitch, and baseball diamond often with multiple children in tow. At home, you would see him playing catch with the baseball or football, shooting a basketball, or encouraging the kids to play tennis. He was often the goalie in the driveway hockey net seriously trying to make saves and get the boys to earn their goals.

Chris, or Yak as he was better known by, had many circles of friends and stayed in touch with all of them - from family and friends in Wilno, to college buddies, grocery store colleagues, bush Pollocks, and more recently the community of Tavistock.
Chris was the first one to jump at a chance to help anyone in any way he could - donating food to local fundraisers, offering his truck to help people move, and even working the Optimist Booth during their events. Anyone who had the chance to spend time with Yak knew his loyalties to the New England Patriots and Boston Bruins, naming his children accordingly. He loved music and was often the one singing along to any song played, from Johnny Cash to New Kids on the Block. Somehow Chris managed to fit work into his very full and busy life. He could be seen leaving at 3 am, returning home at 3 pm to pick the kids up from school, and working weekends during busy times to deliver bread and cakes.

Any contribution you can make is extremely appreciated. Any money donated will go towards the Kuiack Family to help rebuild their life as Carey is suddenly a single mom to 4 children.
