We are reaching out to our Bayonne community to support the Kiniery family following a fire at their home. The Kiniery's have been an integral part of the Bayonne Hockey Club since day one. From volunteering at the scoreboard to spearheading our fundraisers, Joe is always the first person to step up when someone needs a hand. Today, he and his family are the ones in need. Transparency & Fund Distribution

My name is Anthony Cortese, and I am a coach/member of the Bayonne Hockey Club. Our organization has been close with the Kiniery family since our club’s inception, and we are starting this fundraiser to support them during this incredibly difficult time.

How the funds will be used: Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping Joe, Lilly, and their family recover from the devastating fire at their home. Specifically, these funds will be used to cover:

Repairing structural and interior fire and smoke damage.

Replacing essential household items, clothing, and personal belongings lost in the fire.

Covering immediate temporary living expenses and relocation costs while their home is being repaired.

How the funds will be transferred: Joe Kiniery has asked me to manage the collection of these funds on the family’s behalf so they can focus on their recovery. Once the funds are withdrawn into our club’s dedicated account, the full amount will be delivered directly to Joe Kiniery via check (or bank transfer) to ensure they have immediate access to the support our community has provided. We will also provide complete and total transparency to Joe regarding the total amount raised, transferred, processing fees, etc. and will provide any necessary transaction/tax receipts directly to Joe and family.
