I am a mother of 4 kids 3 of which are under the age of 18 and are going to school currently. My husband recently passed away due to a pancreatic disease. My older son who is 19 was supposed to be attending college/university but unfortunately due to my husbands passing he has to work full time help with groceries, bills and paying the mortgage which is a substantial amount. I have been unable to work due to physical ailments, and old age my son has up to now been the only source of income for our household. He is also managing the administration of my husband’s estate, which is stressful because my husband did not have a will which leaves the future of our home in jeopardy unless we are able to build a financial safety net. Losing our home would be devastating. We have lived in our Surrey home for over 18 years and have become very close to our Surrey community.
