Hello. My name is Lauren Christensen and I am a coworker and good friend of De’Lea and their family. Her family, David, Landon, Devin, Jackson, and Peyton are some of those most amazing, hardworking, loving people I know. As most of you know, Dee’s husband David, is epileptic. Due to his diagnosis (since age 8), seizures have impacted his lifestyle. Monday evening, while at work, David was displaying unusual behaviors. His amazing coworker let Dee know and she went to pick him up. Shortly after, he was transported by ambulance to Corewell in Trenton. There, he was immediately brought into a CAT scan where lesions were found on his brain. A few hours later, a CT and MRI were done to show other findings throughout his body. The top concern the doctors have, is the mass that is sitting on his frontal lobe that has now crossed the midsection and is putting heavy pressure into his brain, limiting communication and functionality. The next step is to have surgery in hopes to remove the rapid growing mass on his brain.

This family is truly the strongest and most helpful family I know. They have been through hard times and would lend a hand to anyone in need. Please consider donating to their family while Dee is taking a leave of absence to care and support her husband around the clock for radiations and treatments and caring for their four sons.
