With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Oscar Javier “Javi” Hinojosa on May 18, 2025. Javi was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and a cherished friend to so many. He brought laughter, warmth, and strength to everyone around him — always the first to lend a hand, share a story, or fire up the grill to bring people together.

Javi’s love for life showed in the memories he made with his wife of 26 years, Ann Marie, and their children Omar, Darien, and Christian. He was especially proud of his grandchildren, Eli, Amelia, and Isela, and loved nothing more than spending time with them — whether at the baseball fields or on family fishing trips to Baffin Bay. His presence lit up every room, and his love was the foundation of his family.

This GoFundMe has been created to help support the Hinojosa family with funeral and memorial expenses, and to ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated.
