We are at a loss for words over the passing of Jake, who was taken far too soon at just 18 years old.

Jake was a friend to anyone he crossed paths with. He was fearless, loved sports, always had a smile on his face no matter what, and loved his family deeply. His kindness and light touched so many lives.
