The Hawkins family and their community has been devastated by the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Jake, who passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday 29th September.

As everyone in their circle knows, Jake was a jokester, a fierce competitor, a sweet, pragmatic and down to earth child. He was so funny and witty. He was super brave. He was strong and resilient. He made everyone around him feel special. He was everybody's mate.

We have created this fundraiser to help provide the Hawkins family with practical support during this incredibly difficult time. The coming weeks and months will bring enormous emotional and financial challenges, and we hope this fundraiser can ease some of that burden and allow the family to focus on each other, their grief and giving their beautiful son the send off he deserves.
