Support for The Gorash Family

Hello,

My name is Kate Soroka and Vita Horash-Cerone is my dear friend. Her parents, Olga and Anatoliy Gorash also became my family here, in the United States. I am saddened to have to write this, but Anatoliy has been diagnosed with stage IV Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer that has now quickly progressed.

Anatoliy had been diagnosed with Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer, that is also known as stage IV Pancreatic Cancer, in August 2022. He has been getting chemotherapy and strong medication since, but unfortunately, recently his health started to degrade very quickly.

For this whole time Olga and Vita have been managing all the doctor’s visits and medical expenses, but with recent sudden and quick health regression also comes a lot of medical needs for Anatoliy.

Olga and Anatoliy are very sweet, kind, hardworking and, in general, just amazing people. They would never ask for help, so that is why I took the initiative and decided to create this page to try get them a little help in managing the financial burden that comes with high medical expenses.

Olga has been the only provider for the family, and she has to take time off from work to take care of Anatoliy and that time is not paid.

There will be a need in financial support to help subsidize any loss of income and help elevate the stress of financial burden due to great out of pocket payments, insurance premiums, hospice care, prescriptions, medical specialists, any treatments and care not covered by insurance.
