Our dear friends Jeremy, Rachel, Georgie, and Weezy Gansner need our help.

As many of you know, Rachel has been bravely battling stomach cancer for more than 16 months. Through countless treatments, experimental options, travel for clinical trials, and the rest and recovery those journeys require, this fight has taken a tremendous toll on Rachel and her family.

And yet, somehow, Rachel and Jeremy have continued to show up as the incredible parents and community leaders we all know them to be — cheering on their kids at sports, theater, and school events, supporting the organizations that enrich our community, and continuing to be the joyful center of so many gatherings filled with laughter, friendship, and generosity.

But cancer has struck again, and they are at a point where they truly need the support of the community to which they have given so much.

Beyond the meals, visits, jokes, prayers, and encouragement (all of which matter deeply), they now need financial support. Cancer is devastating — physically, emotionally, and financially. The costs are enormous, and just this week, Jeremy's entire division at work was eliminated, leaving him having to job hunt in addition to everything else.

Jeremy and Rachel have always opened their home and hearts to so many of us. Now it’s our turn to show up for them — to help ease the financial burden so they can focus on what matters most: Rachel’s care, their children, and making the most of their time together.
