As many of you know, our family is walking through one of life’s hardest seasons. My father, Jim, is nearing the end of his life, and my mom and sister are by his side, caring for him and making sure he is surrounded by love and comfort during these final days. End-of-life care is both emotionally and physically demanding. My mom, Orla, has been devoted to caring for him at home, honoring his wishes to remain in the place where he feels most safe and loved. My sister, Kayla, has also been spending long days and nights helping with his care for many years. While this time is incredibly meaningful, it also means the two of them have stepped away from work and daily responsibilities so they can focus on being present with him.
We are asking for support to help ease the financial burden during this time so they can have time to grieve. Contributions will help cover immediate expenses such as household costs, and medical and end-of-life expenses, allowing my mom and sister the space to focus on what matters most right now: being with him, supporting each other, and preparing to say goodbye. If you are able to give, we are deeply grateful. If not, your prayers, kind words, and sharing this page mean just as much to our family. This is a difficult chapter, but we are comforted knowing that love and community surround us. Thank you for helping give my mom and sister the gift of time to grieve, care, and be present during these final moments.
With gratitude,
The Frost Family
