Support for the Fareri Family

Hello family and friends. My name is Stacy Pete and I am writing today to ask for financial support for my brother, Danny Fareri. Danny lost his wife unexpectedly on January 11 while recovering from a recent car accident. Thank you for taking the time to read his story and supporting his family in any way that you can.

Danny, his wife Jennifer, and their oldest daughter, Alyssa (23), were involved in a serious car accident on November 30, 2023. Danny broke his right hip and left leg. Jenn broke her wrist, foot, and had a severe wound on her head. Alyssa only had minor injuries. The accident was not their fault; they were T-boned by a driver outside of their neighborhood. They spent 6 days at Tampa General hospital undergoing numerous surgeries. My brother received a hip replacement and surgery on his leg, Jenn had steel plates put in her foot, staples to close her head injury, casting on her wrist, and was suffering from severely bruised ribs.

They were discharged from the hospital in early December to recover and receive follow-up care. Last week, Jenn (44) began complaining of increasing pain and was having difficulty breathing. On January 9, Danny called an ambulance and she was taken to the hospital. It was determined that she had blood clots and surgery was planned for January 11. However, she died unexpectedly early that morning of cardiac arrest.

Jenn’s sudden passing has completely devastated our family. They have four children, Alyssa (23), Lexi (21) who is in the Army stationed in Tennessee, Luke (16), and Emily (14). Danny paints houses for a living and Jenn was working at a local restaurant. They haven’t been able to work since the accident and this has been a huge financial strain. With Jenn’s passing, Danny is not only coping with Jenn’s unexpected death, but also struggling to deal with financial burdens and is still unable to work due to his injuries.

All money donated will go directly to Danny to help ease some of his financial hardships during this difficult time. Any amount you are willing to contribute will be greatly appreciated by our family. Danny and Jenn were married for over 20 years; they were inseparable and Danny is completely heartbroken.
