Randy's life was tragically cut short on 9/24/2021. The Smiley family lost a kind, loving, strong, and dedicated husband, father, and dear friend to so many. And if you’ve had the privilege of knowing Randy you understand this void he has left behind. Our world is certainly bleaker with his premature departure.
