Many of you remember we had a moment of silence at EPIC for Nick Reyes, a Care Manager at Dana Point who was fighting a difficult battle with COVID. I am heartbroken to announce that despite many prayers Nick lost his battle with COVID and has passed away.
Nick was a dedicated member of the Aegis Family, even while fighting his battle with COVID in ICU he asked about “his residents”.
Nick represents the heroism that many of you have come to know as normal during this traumatic crisis. He symbolizes the dedication and commitment we have for caring for the most frail.
Many of you have asked what you can do and have offered to help in many ways. We have set up this GoFundMe account and of course Aegis and the Clark Family Legacy Foundation will be contributing to. There is certainly no obligation, we are merely providing a vehicle for those who want to help.
Keep please Nick's family in your prayers during this difficult time.
Warmly,
