Support for the family of Cara (Hogan) Sanchez

With heavy hearts we are reaching out after the sudden passing of our dear friend, Cara (Hogan) Sanchez.

Cara was a loving wife to Jesus, who “Had her at Hola,” and with whom she shared so many of life’s adventures. She was an amazing mother to her beautiful children, Will and Ana, of whom she was so proud.

She was a beloved daughter to her parents, Leo and Barbara, devoted sister to Ann Marie, Leo Jr., and Kristen, and loving Auntie to several nieces and nephews she held close to her heart.

Cara was a dedicated teacher to her many students, and a respected colleague. She had a special love for the outdoors, yoga, and her beloved dog Paco.

She was also a true friend and neighbor to all of us, such a kind and gentle soul. We feel blessed to have known her, and we are forever grateful.

For those of us lucky enough to know Cara, her presence would always bring a smile to our faces and a sense of calm. She lived a life of true authenticity and had the unique gift of being present to everyone around her.

This is a way for us to give back a little of what Cara has given to us and help alleviate some of the financial burden that comes along with the sudden loss of a parent and spouse.
