Support for the Duncanson family

Imagine if the unimaginable happened to you.

Hello, I’m Beverly Scaramuzza and my

dear friend’s family has suffered a sudden

and unexpected loss.

On the morning of April 29th, De

experienced the unimaginable when she

found her husband Eric on the floor of

their home. Her & her teenage daughter

Emma immediately called 911, while they waited Emma performed CPR on her

daddy but the paramedics could not

stabilize him and just like that Eric passed away.

Between the shock of losing him & then

planning his funeral it all has been very

difficult! The months prior to this loss

they were building their new home and it was almost done. The family had chosen all the paint colors, and imagining the

little details of their new home-Eric had

even left a handwritten note on the frame of his daughter’s future room saying how much he loved Emma, “his little peanut”, as he called her.

Now De and Emma are having to adjust

to the financial burden of bills, funeral

costs, living expenses and moving, as

they try to figure out what is next for

them as a family of two.

This sweet family is forever changed and I know they would appreciate the help as they navigate life without Eric. We have

the opportunity to lift burdens off of them
