Support for the Darnell Family

Socha and Thomas Darnell, along with big brother Kai were over the moon when they found out they would be adding twin boys to their family after 7 long years of struggling with infertility, whom Kai lovingly referred to as ‘The Beans.’       

On June 9, Socha gave birth to their precious twins, Phoenix Michael and Noah Ashton at 18 weeks. As they were born so prematurely due to preterm labor that could not be stopped, Phoenix and Noah unfortunately passed away.

Many have reached out asking how to best support the Darnell family during this devastating time. There are a few ways you can help:

1. If you are interested in contributing towards funeral home, memorial expenses, medical bills and expenses, household support and time off work, monetary donations of any amount would be greatly useful.

2. There is a Meal Train set up and the Darnells have been very grateful for any meals and visits in their backyard. You can sign up to bring a meal over here.

3. They will be hosting a memorial for the Phoenix and Noah at their family home in the backyard. All are welcome and it will take place on August 21 from 1:00-3:00.

4. They welcome any prayers for their family and Kai, as they navigate the overwhelming grief around the loss of the twins.
