Hi everyone,

I'm creating this account for my daughter & son-in-law, Rhiannon & Ryan Connor & their 5 children. It's not an easy thing for them to ask for help, they're usually the ones offering theirs & fundraising for others, but they could really use some support right now.

Their 9yr old daughter Bella (my granddaughter) has been sick & in & out of the hospital since new years. Most recently she spent over a week at Children's Hospital in Boston & was readmitted 1/12/22.

The team of drs have yet to come to a definitive diagnosis for the extreme pain Bella's in. Bell's had more tests than any child should have to, yesterday she was put under anesthesia & injected with steroids & a nerve block in her abdomen. Unfortunately this didn't bring her any relief & ruled out the abdominal nerve entrapment diagnosis drs thought it may be. They are currently trying but having a difficult time finding the right meds that work to manage Bella's pain while they continue to search for the cause.

How long Bella will be in the hospital & how they'll manage her long term is also something they're still figuring out. Unfortunately no one has any real answers for us right now.

In addition to all of the obvious worries for Bella, this all brings financial worries also. Rhiannon & Ryan own a home & a successful tattoo business in Billerica. They both work their butts off to have a good life & provide for their 5 children. Unfortunately it's been pretty impossible for Rhiannon to keep appointments since this started as she needs to be with Bella. It's been pretty impossible for Ryan as well as he's taking care of the other children (3 are toddlers/babies.)

Ezra, 19mo, has also just been diagnosed with level 2-3 autism. The outlook for him is promising with intensive therapy & help. Just there's a whole lot of overwhelming going on for their family all at once right now. A lot of figuring out how to be everywhere they're so needed all at the same time. A lot of worries.

They're an amazing family that will for sure get through this with a little help staying afloat during the worst of it. Any amount is greatly appreciated & so much appreciation to all of you who have been so understanding about rescheduling appointments.

All of the money raised through here will go directly to them for support with bills, food, whatever health related costs for Bella. Whatever they & the children need some extra help with right now.
