As many of you know, November 21, 2025, changed three lives and families forever. Tommy Elkins, Chuck Coggins, and Matt Tenry were three best friends and co-workers that were headed from their office to grab some lunch. They were involved in a serious vehicle collision that severely injured Tommy and Matt, and unfortunately Chuck sustained fatal injuries.

Chuck was a devoted husband, father, and friend who dedicated his life to serving others. As a retired South Carolina State Trooper and a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Chuck touched countless lives with his courage, kindness, and unwavering commitment to his community and country. His sudden passing has left a deep void in the hearts of all who knew him, especially his beloved wife, Renee, and their three sons, Cade, Conner, and Chaz.

With Chuck’s passing, his family is now facing not only the immense pain of loss but also the challenge of adjusting to life without his support and income. Renee and the boys are doing their best to stay strong, but the financial strain adds another layer of difficulty during an already heartbreaking time.
