[Jeff passed away peacefully early in the morning on March 20th. He had a small smile on his face just like someone had said, “well done.”]

Jeff is a devoted husband to Becky and a loving father to five fabulous daughters, whose ages range from 9 to 19 years old. Recently, Jeff and his family have faced an incredibly difficult journey. After being diagnosed with cancer in his abdomen and on his liver, Jeff pursued possible treatment options, including care at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and additional therapy at MN Oncology. Despite their best efforts, the treatments did not have the hoped-for effect, and Jeff's medical team has now recommended hospice care to ensure his comfort in the days ahead.

This news has been heartbreaking for the Chudek family. As they focus on cherishing their time together, many friends have asked how they can help. Typical for the Chudeks, they pointed to others who need help more, even suggesting that gifts go to a charity in Jeff's name, instead of to them. If you are able, your contribution will help ease the financial burden on Becky and the girls. The funds will be used for the purchase of a reliable replacement vehicle and future educational expenses for their daughters.

Throughout this journey, the Chudeks have been deeply moved by the outpouring of support from friends, family, and their loving church.
