Hi, my name is Amelia. As some of you may know, Matt Chase and his family were in a really bad car accident on Father’s Day. Each person in the wreck had to be taken to the hospital and the youngest, Scott, had to be air-flighted to the University of Iowa. Fortunately, everyone is now home and is slowly recovering from the injuries sustained.

If you know Matt and his family, they are amazing people who would do anything for anyone. Now, it is our turn as friends and family to help them in their time of hardship.

Between medical bills, lost wages, and other expenses built up if you would like to assist with their financial burden, any donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go directly to the Chase’s to assist with medical expenses, etc.
