On May 6th, 2026, the Carpenter family and loved ones suffered a heartbreaking and unexpected loss. Phil (Yvonne’s husband) Carpenter’s brother, Ross Carpenter, tragically lost his life in a fatal motorcycle accident while driving home. Ross was truly one of the good ones—the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He will always be remembered for his larger-than-life presence, his booming laugh, his kind heart, and the countless ways he helped others throughout his life, especially those less fortunate. His loss has left an unimaginable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him. Our hearts especially go out to Ross’s children and his partner, Anne, as they face the devastating reality of moving forward without him. We ask for continued prayers, love, and strength for them and for the entire Carpenter family during this incredibly difficult time.
