Our community is heartbroken alongside our dear friend and colleague, Jessica Burch, who experienced an unimaginable loss. On November 13th, Jessica’s husband, Brad, passed away suddenly in a tragic car accident, leaving Jessica and her beautiful children to navigate a grief no family should ever have to face.

Many of you know that Jessica has already endured profound heartbreak with the loss of her daughter several years ago. To see her and her family confronted with another tragedy is something our hearts can hardly hold.

In the days since, the outpouring of love for Jessica and her family has been immense. So many people from across our real estate community and beyond have reached out asking how they can show their support, honour her husband’s memory, and surround Jessica and the children with care during this profoundly difficult time.

In recognition of the deep desire so many have expressed to do something meaningful, we have created this fund.

For those within our real estate community, this GoFundMe is a collective gesture from those who love Jessica and want a place to focus their support. Every contribution is an expression of solidarity, compassion, and community. Funds will create a reserve that can be used in whatever ways bring the most comfort, ease, or support to Jessica and her children in the months ahead.
