At the end of July, Mary Bromley experienced a sudden and life-threatening medical emergency. What began as a severe headache was quickly diagnosed as a brain bleed, requiring an urgent and complex 8-hour surgery. By God’s grace, she was in the right place at the right time, with skilled surgeons in Champaign able to step in and save her life.

Mary is now on a long road to recovery and is expected to remain in the hospital for nearly a month in total. While we are incredibly grateful for her progress, the extended hospital stay and mounting medical expenses have created a financial burden. In addition to medical bills, there are everyday expenses at home that still need to be covered during this challenging time.
