Support for the Blanken Family!

Wednesday night the Blanken family was struck with something they never dreamed they would have to deal with. Mr. Mike had a massive stroke that left him fighting for his life. For those of you who don’t know the Blanken family, they are as precious as gold. For those of you that do know them, you know that is so true. Mrs. Shannon is one of the most Christian ladies and would give you the shirt right off her back. Mr. Mike’s oldest daughter, Mikayla, just graduated from college, married the man of her dreams and would have soon been moving out of state. The youngest daughter, Adeline, will be a sophomore at the University of Tennessee at Martin in the fall. Mr. Mike is currently in critical condition at Vanderbilt Medical Center. His condition is changing by the minute. He had major bleeding of the brain but the bleeding has now stopped. The swelling is going down a little at a time but then raises again. He has a drain that is relieving blood and pressure and is in a medically induced coma. Mr. Mike is a strong man and his family is hopeful they will make it out of this. However, this will be a very long journey for this precious family. With that being said, it will be a very expensive one. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic Mr. Mike lost his job and as to be expected the bills this family will accumulate will be a large burden. It seems as though this happened at the worst time possible. Please join me in helping raise funds for a sweet family that had such a tragic event happen to them. This money will go to whatever the family needs. Including hotel stay for the girls, food, travel expense, gas money, and of course medical expenses. Any amount helps and in addition to your donation please pray for healing and peace for the Blanken family in their time of need.
