Our dear friends, the Bird family, are facing an unimaginable tragedy following a devastating house fire. Nathan Bird and four of his children tragically lost their lives. Nathan’s wife, Lindsey, and two of their sons survived the fire. One surviving child suffered severe burns and is receiving medical care.

In a matter of moments, Lindsey’s entire world changed. She is now grieving the heartbreaking loss of her husband and four of her children while supporting her surviving child through their injuries and recovery. At the same time, she is faced with the unimaginable responsibility of laying five members of her family to rest.

No family should have to carry the weight of such profound grief while also worrying about the financial burden that comes with an unexpected tragedy of this magnitude. This fundraiser was created to surround Lindsey and her surviving children with love and support during the incredibly difficult days, weeks, and months ahead.
