As many know, the tragic loss of the F/V Lily Jean and crew has shocked families and friends throughout our community. I personally have lost an uncle and cousin, Paul Beal Senior and his son Paul Beal Jr (PJ). While it still doesn’t feel real, the emotions still feel numbing, wishing it were all just a bad nightmare we could all wake up from. Gone too soon were a husband, grandfather, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and great friends to many in the community.

During such tragic loss, unfortunately, life continues to go on. Bills continue to pile up and now funeral services will be planned, adding more expense. Any help would be greatly appreciated to help the family pay for services and help cushion the financial burden during this tough transition of life. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the families and friends of those that were lost. Fair winds and following seas! ❤️
