Support for the Bany Family

On July 5th, Scott returned home from enjoying a nice long holiday weekend. When he returned home, he noticed the hot water was not working. He went to light the water heater, and when he did, there was a propane explosion. His wife Julie was not home at the time. Scott was airlifted to HCMC Burn Unit that same day and will remain there during his recovery. Scott received minor burns to his face but has extensive burns to his arms, hands, and legs. So far, he has undergone four surgeries to graft his skin to his arms, hands and legs and he will have a long road to recovery.

Scott and Julie's home is currently uninhabitable and will need to be torn down and rebuilt. Julie is currently staying at a family place in Osakis; however, this place will need to be winterized for them to live there throughout the winter.

The funds raised for Scott and Julie will go towards medical bills, gas money, and all other expenses while Scott is unable to work.
