Support for Terri Lee's Final Journey
Donation protected
As most reading this know, my mom, Terri Lee, passed away on December 17th, 2024 from Cancer. During the last 6 months of her life, she was confined to her bed in a nursing home because she could not get the 24hr care she needed at home anymore. The time she spent in the nursing home and finally in hospice, brought a pretty hefty price tag that unfortunately, I am struggling to cover the costs associated with it and all the other expenses that came with traveling back and forth from Boise ID to Colville WA.
How You Can Help:
Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial burden and allow me to pay off all her final dept. (Hospice, Nursing home, probate, final bills).
Funds Will Be Used For:
Cremation, Hospice, Nursing Home Fees, probate costs and travel expenses to carry out her final wishes of having her ashes scattered.
About Terri Lee:
My mom was a rock. She taught me so much in my life that it would take me pages upon pages to tell it all. She was a healer, a teacher, a mom, a grandmother, my best friend. She would give you the clothes off her back if she could. I remember when she started taking classes from Arthur Lincoln Pauls back in the early 80's. I was a Freshman in High School. She was so dedicated to wanting to learn that she left for 6 months to go to Europe to train with Dr. Pauls and left me with a dear friend of hers while I went to school. This taught me how to follow through with my own responsibilities, how to be resourceful, and independent. All while she was learning her craft and leaving the casino's behind her. I had the great pleasure of meeting Arthur after she returned home. After meeting Arthur, I could see why she wanted to become a Practitioner and Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy. You can't imagine what it was like to tell your friends that "My mom plays with energy, No really she does". My best friend was over one night and mom decided to do some energy work with us. My friend was a believer after that night. I have watched the Society of Ortho-Bionomy grow and flourish since then. My mom has touched the lives of, and probably taught or helped almost every teacher, practitioner and student in the society over the last 40yrs. Even in the nursing home, she tried to do Zoom meetings to help teach and give guidance. You all probably have more stories to tell me about my mom than I have, and hopefully one day I'll be able to finally read the memorial book you all made for her when it doesn't hurt so much to pick it up.
Please share this GoFundMe with your friends and family and others in the Society of Ortho-Bionomy to help me reach my goal.
Thank you for your love and support during this difficult time, and to each of you that have reached out to share stories, and help me when I needed it.
