Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,
We are reaching out to you today to rally around our beloved friend and co-worker, Ted Steverman, who is bravely battling brain cancer. Ted worked for the Town of Brookline for 30 years as an electrical inspector and had just begun to enjoy his retirement. However last October, Ted believed he had suffered a stroke, only to receive the devastating news that he had inoperable Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. He has since been undergoing chemotherapy in his fight against this aggressive disease. However, the road ahead remains physically and emotionally challenging for both Ted and his loving and supportive wife and children.
Ted's strength and determination are truly inspiring, but we cannot let he and his family face these uncertain times ahead alone. They are now faced with worry and financial strain. The costs of medical treatments, therapies and everyday cost of living, while supporting his family, continue to mount.
We are creating this GoFundMe campaign to support Ted and his family during this incredibly difficult time. Our goal is to alleviate their financial burden, allowing them to focus on what truly matters, supporting Ted during this very trying time.
If you find it within your means, any financial support you can provide would be an immeasurable blessing and will make an incredible difference. Your generosity will help Ted and his family navigate the mounting financial commitments, including mortgage repayments, ongoing medical costs, and the general expenses that accompany them on this long and uncertain road. Your support will offer them strength, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
We kindly request you share this campaign with your social networks, friends, and colleagues to maximize our impact. Every dollar raised brings us closer to our goal, and your generosity will leave an indelible mark on their lives. Your kindness and compassion can give them the support they desperately need during this challenging time.
Let's come together as a community and make a difference!
Thank you for your love, prayers and generosity.
