Support for Taylor's battle with cancer

Hi, my name is Jody.

My nephew, Taylor was diagnosed with a rare form of liver disease when he was only 17. He always knew the condition could lead to more serious afflictions and that one day he would have to face the reality that a transplant might be needed for him to survive.

On October 31st, 2022 he was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of bile duct cancer, called Cholangiocarcinoma. This morning, they found out that the cancer has aggressively spread to the rest of the liver.

He is currently dealing with an infection, most likely from all of the procedures he has recently had. He is back in the hospital and cannot start chemotherapy until the infection has cleared.

Taylor has been in and out of the hospital for months and is unable to work. His Mom, my sister, Wendy is a single mom and his only caregiver. She must continue working to pay her bills, as well as Taylor’s. She is back and forth between work and the hospital every day.

I wanted to start a GoFundMe to provide some financial relief for Wendy. No one should have to stress about money while they are dealing with a child fighting for their life. It would be amazing if we could raise enough money so that she could take some time off to be with Taylor.
