Tara & I knew each other since our Primary School days. We had remained friends our whole lives and sadly Tara passed away on the 8th June 2022, aged 41.

 

Tara was loved by many and even though her life was not without many unfair challenges that she faced head on, she never lost her capacity for love or to have a positive outlook. Unfortunately, there are no funds to give Tara the funeral that she deserves.

 

I hope to raise enough money, approximately £5,000, to cover all anticipated costs. If we raise over this amount or if we do not use all the funds raised on the Funeral, the remainder will be donated to Great Ormond Street hospital in Tara's name.  Great Ormond Street Hospital played an important role in Tara's life as it's where she spent a lot of time from aged 3 and the hospital also supported her two daughters Beth & Jess.
