For more than 40 years, my mother, Tangeala Bevens (Tangi), has dedicated her life to caring for others. On Friday the 13th, everything changed. Tangeala suffered multiple strokes and now faces a demanding recovery. She will need ongoing therapies, time away from work, and the stability to focus fully on healing. For someone who has spent her entire life lifting others up, this sudden shift has created a significant financial strain. Tangeala is kind, smart, talented, and endlessly selfless.
