Susan passed around 10 am on February 23rd 2026
She battled lung and brain cancer . Lung cancer was found in August of 2024. She went through radiation and chemo treatments , chemo meds at home as well. Things seemed hopeful when she told us her cancer was not active & healing. In December of 25 we found a brain tumor on the left side of the brain and that changed everything . She had radiation to the brain on December 23rd. And from then on she was in and out of the hospital until the end of January.
When she saw the Dr. We were told the treatment failed and we would see how the next month would go . Sadly on Friday February 13th is when it all changed & on Monday she went into the hospital with pneumonia in her left lung . And on Wednesday we choose hospice. Me and my sister & family were blessed with having our time with her in hospice & saying good bye .
Loosing a parent to cancer is never easy .

Susan is my world, and her heart has always made her special. She has been a source of love and strength in my life, especially after my dad passed away. Since then, I have devoted myself to caring for her, making sure she feels supported and cherished every day. My sister Jennifer has also been a big part of her life and mine, and together we have done our best to surround her with love and care.

Now, as Susan has passed. , Jennifer and I are facing the difficult reality of losing our mother. We are hoping to cover the after-life care expenses,

We are reaching out for help because we cannot do this alone. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and provide the after-life care Susan deserves. Your support would mean the world to our family during this challenging time, and it would help Jennifer and me know that things will be okay. Thank you for considering supporting us and for being part of this journey with our family
donations are used to cover after life care
