It is with a very heavy heart that we share the passing of Susan Perez, Sage's beloved grandmother and a grandmother to so many of us. If you knew Sage, you either knew Susan or knew all about her and how special she was. Susan passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 86. Susan raised Sage from the time he was just six years old, and their bond has always been truly special. The love and care she poured into Sage touched all of us who knew them. Over the past decade, Sage became her caregiver, making sure she was comfortable and surrounded by love. Their home was always open to friends, family, and neighbors, filled with warmth, generosity, and kindness. Together, Sage and Susan brought joy, laughter, and comfort to so many.

Now, with Susan's passing, we are asking for your support to help arrange her funeral and maintain the home that we all know and love. The funds raised here will go directly toward funeral costs and household bills, giving Sage some breathing room as we navigate this loss with him.
