Hello everyone!

Next Wednesday, I am going in for surgery at Yale. I have Endometriosis in my diaphragm, and they are going to check to see if it has spread to my heart and lungs.

ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! I will also be doing a Meal Train, as I will be out of work for 4 weeks.
