I’m Jasmine and I'm creating this GoFundMe for my amazing mom. (Sunshine) Recently, she's faced an incredibly tough challenge – she's become legally blind. This has turned her life upside down, as she's been ordered by her doctor not to work or drive, taking away her independence and financial stability.

In a desperate attempt to restore her sight, Sunshine underwent a rare and experimental radiation treatment on her eyes – a procedure that has only been performed a handful of times worldwide. While we remain hopeful, the road ahead is uncertain, and the financial strain of medical bills and the loss of her income has become overwhelming.

As you can imagine, the bills are piling up, and it's becoming impossible for her to manage. More than the financial strain, this situation has deeply affected her emotionally. She's been struggling with severe depression as she tries to adjust to this new reality.
