My older brother Sultan recently moved to the U.S. to be with our family. He is a warm, driven, and friendly person — many people here already know and love him.

Sadly, he was in a serious car accident and underwent spinal surgery. His recovery is expected to take at least three months. Ahead of him are medical bills and the long process of healing.
