I am reaching out for support after a series of serious health challenges that have turned my life upside down. In March 2025, I underwent a triple bypass surgery, which forced me to miss over three months of work. Just as I was getting back on my feet and returning to work, I suffered a stroke in early May 2026, followed by another stroke on May 16, 2026. These events have made it difficult for me to keep up with daily expenses and medical bills.

Recently, I had a heart cath and stent put in on June 19, and saw the neurologist on June 23. Now, I am starting therapy to regain my balance and strength, with the hope of eventually returning to work. The therapy is a significant financial burden. On top of that, my family and I are behind on utilities and rent, and we need help with groceries and gas to get through this challenging time.
