Steven was a devoted husband to Jill and loving step father to McKayla and Nick. He devoted his life to the Lord and spreading the word. In the beginning of 2026, he had gone part time at Sacramento Camp & Conference and became Post Master at the Mayhill post office, where the community welcomed him.

Steven was wise and had so much knowledge. Knowing him you were always left with something new learned. I called him my human dictionary, because I could ask him anything and he would know or find out. He was always willing to lend a hand, and his dedication to those he loved was clear in everything he did.

Tragically, Steven passed away in a fatal car accident. The loss was unexpected and has left us heartbroken. Our family is struggling to come to terms with this sudden tragedy.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral costs, memorial expenses, and other related needs. Steven meant so much to us, and we want to honor his memory with a proper farewell.
