Hi, my name is Hannah, and I’m asking for help during one of the hardest moments my family has ever faced.

My dad, Steven, has been fighting for his life since October of 2025 after being diagnosed with cancer. Through everything he has endured, he has remained a true fighter.

On January 17th, our lives changed again when he suffered a stroke and had to be life-flighted to Lafayette. Since then, he has gone through multiple surgeries, battled several blood clots, and had to undergo a colostomy procedure. Despite all of this pain and uncertainty, my dad has continued to fight with everything he has.

On Monday, March 2nd, he was placed on hospice care. Over the past week, his condition has declined quickly, and we are now preparing for the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye.

This has all happened so suddenly, and our family is now facing the unexpected cost of a funeral while trying to spend these final moments with someone who means so much to us.

My dad is deeply loved, and watching him fight so hard has been both heartbreaking and inspiring. If you are able to help in any way toward the funeral expenses, it would mean more to me and my family than words can express. If you can’t donate, sharing this would mean the world to us as well.
